At CharFlut, each product is made to order to ensure that you receive a unique and personalized item. Due to the nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or size/color exchanges once an order has been placed.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products due to incorrect size, color, or change of mind. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
