Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 3 PM ET are eligible for same-day processing.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Fees

• Flat-rate shipping fee based on order weight and destination.
• Free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
• International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees, payable by the customer.

International Shipping & Customs

• Shipments may be delayed by customs inspections or subject to import fees.
• CharFlut cannot reimburse customs charges or control customs delays.
• Some products may be restricted in certain regions. Check product descriptions for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is delayed, contact us at info@charflut.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and assist with carrier claims.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for incorrect or defective items.

Shipping Restrictions

• No hazardous, perishable, or regulated items to restricted destinations.
• P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, and remote locations may not be eligible for expedited shipping or may have longer transit times.
